It's one thing to recruit your area well, it's another to go to the town of one of your rivals and grab recruits from underneath their nose. That's exactly what the Portland State football program has done with their farming of the greater Sacramento area for talent, and the latest to commit to the Vikings is Ryan Rau, a hard-nosed 6-foot, 208-pound linebacker from Folsom High School, who made his official visit to the Park Blocks this past weekend.
